Privacy Policy
In short: Arrow Cube has no accounts and no sign-up, and it keeps no player data on any server of its own. Your game progress stays on your device. The only data that leaves it is what Google AdMob needs to show ads and what Google Firebase needs to count usage and crashes, and where the law requires it, you are asked first.
This policy explains what information Arrow Cube: Slide Puzzle (the “App”) handles, why, and what choices you have. The App is published by Alp Eren BAKIR (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@plarmes.com.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or any payment details. We run no backend that receives your data.
2. Information stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the App saves the following only on your device: your unlocked level and star ratings, your daily puzzle results and streak, your lives and hint/delete counts with their refill timers, your settings (vibration, reminders), whether you have bought an item, and whether you have already been asked to rate the App. This data is never sent to us. Removing the App deletes it.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App is free and shows ads (banner, between-level and optional rewarded ads) provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process information from your device, such as:
- your device’s advertising identifier (Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS, where you allow it);
- your IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it;
- device and app information (model, operating system, app version, language);
- how you interact with ads (impressions, clicks, whether a rewarded ad was completed);
- diagnostic and performance information about the ad SDK.
We do not receive this information and do not combine it with anything else. How Google uses it is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in Google’s Privacy Policy.
Your choices.
- Consent. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some US states), the App shows Google’s consent form before any ad is requested. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Settings → Ad Privacy Choices (shown where it applies).
- iOS. The App may ask for your permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. If you decline, ads can still appear but are not tailored to you, and the game works exactly the same. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Device settings. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier, or limit ad personalization, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising).
- No ads. The “Remove Ads” purchase removes banner and between-level ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available because you choose to watch them.
4. Usage statistics and crash reports (Google Firebase)
To learn which levels are too hard and to fix crashes, the App uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. They receive:
- game events such as a level being started, completed (with the stars earned) or failed, and a rewarded ad being completed;
- an app-instance identifier generated by Firebase, which is not your name or account and can be reset by reinstalling the App;
- device and app information (model, operating system, app version, language, country) and approximate location derived from your IP address;
- crash reports: the technical state of the App when it crashed (stack trace, device model, OS version, free memory).
We use this only to improve the game. We do not use the iOS advertising identifier for Analytics, and we do not combine this data with your identity. Data is processed by Google under Firebase’s privacy information. Collection starts only after the consent step described in section 3 allows it (where the law requires consent, it stays off until you agree) and you can withdraw consent in Settings → Ad Privacy Choices. Reports are kept for a limited period set by Google (Analytics event data: 14 months, Crashlytics: 90 days).
5. Purchases
In-app purchases (Remove Ads, Booster Pack, Starter Pack) are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. The App only learns from the store that an item has been bought, so it can unlock it and restore it if you reinstall. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
6. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App schedules reminders on your device (for example when your lives or helpers have refilled, when a new daily puzzle is out, or after a day away). They are not sent from a server and use no push token. You can turn them off in the App’s Settings or in your device settings.
7. Update check
When the App starts, and when you return to it after some hours, it asks for the newest available version so it can tell you when an update is out. It reads a small public file on our website (plarmes.com) and, on iOS, the public App Store lookup of Apple. These are ordinary web requests, so the servers involved can see your IP address and device type as with any web request, but the App sends no account, device identifier or game data with them, and we do not use them to identify you. The check is skipped when you are offline.
8. Children
The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and ads are limited to content suitable for a general audience (rated PG or lower). If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will help.
9. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it, because we do not hold any. Ad-related data and usage and crash data are processed by Google as described in sections 3 and 4. App stores process purchases as described in section 5.
10. Retention and security
Game data stays on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. We have no server copy to delete. Data processed by Google is kept according to Google’s own policies.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA in California) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no personal data about you, the controls that matter are the ones described in sections 3 and 4 and your device settings. For anything else, write to support@plarmes.com.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the App’s release notes.
