Effective date: 25 October 2026
This policy explains what information the CabMatch mobile game ("the Game") uses, why, and the choices you have. The Game is developed and published by Plarmes ("we", "us"). If you have any questions, contact us at support@plarmes.com.
The Game saves your level progress, settings, boosters, daily challenge streak and purchased items on your device. This information is not sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
The free version of the Game shows banner ads, ads between levels and optional rewarded ads. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device model, operating system, language and general ad interaction data.
Buying "Remove Ads" or the "Starter Pack" turns off banner ads and ads between levels. Rewarded ads remain available because you choose to watch them. Learn how Google uses information: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
To understand how the Game is played and to improve it, the Game sends anonymous usage events to Google Analytics for Firebase: for example level started or finished, boosters used, ads shown, shop opened and settings changed. Firebase also collects an app instance identifier, device model, operating system version, app version, country (derived from IP address) and session information. These events do not contain your name, email address or other directly identifying information.
You can switch this off at any time with "Share usage data" in the Game's Settings. Google keeps analytics data for up to 14 months. Learn more: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies. The Game only receives confirmation of which product was bought, so it can give you the item. We do not receive or store your payment information. Purchases are checked on your device; we do not run a server.
If you turn on reminders, the Game schedules local notifications on your device (for example when boosters refill or the Daily Challenge is ready). They are created on the device itself; no notification data is sent to us.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above (Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Apple and Google for purchases), for the purposes described in this policy, or when required by law.
| Service | Purpose | Data |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Showing and measuring ads | Advertising identifier (if allowed), IP address, device and ad interaction data |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Anonymous usage statistics (can be turned off) | App instance ID, game events, device and app information |
| Apple App Store / Google Play | Processing purchases | Handled by Apple or Google; we only receive the product bought |
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your information, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold accounts or identify you, most data can be controlled directly in the Game and on your device:
For any other request, email support@plarmes.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game. Data collected by Google is kept according to Google's retention settings described above. All network connections made by the Game use encryption (HTTPS).
We may update this policy when the Game changes. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
